Software and Module Licensing

Software modules referenced on this Site (AriaOS, AegisOS, HammerIO, MemoryMap, AriaOS: Forge, SentinelForge, PraetorianMind, ModelSafe) are governed by their individual license agreements. Nothing on this Site grants you any license to the underlying software except as expressly stated in the applicable module license.

Federal and Defense Engagement

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Severability
